We were the first Indian website to report about the soon-to-be-launched 2012 Honda City facelift, way back in May. Once the Thailand market received the new Honda City in September 2011, it was reported that the Indian market would get the new City in November 2011. Then there was another speculation that the updated City would come to India in January 2012, after a formal unveiling at the 2012 Auto Expo show in New Delhi. The delay was accredited to the shortage of components which Honda procures from Thailand, which was hampered because of the floods which disrupted production. However, the Japanese automaker has now advanced the launch of the Honda City facelift to mid-December.
